FAQ
Where are you located and where is the starting point of your tours?

We are an online based company and we provide tours across the country, no matter where you are. Prices for transfer are adjusted with Zagreb as a starting point in mind, but we provide our services no matter where in Croatia you might be.

What are the groups like on your trips?

They are whatever you’d like them to be – we offer private tours, so you can pick your own company!

How many people do you take on your trip?

We do private tours, up to 8 people (for allinclusive tours), or more for events (parties, team building, business events etc.)

Do I need to be physically fit to go on a trip?

Our tours are not physically demanding and are suited to everyone. However, we do have physically more demanding activities (such as rafting, parasailing, kayaking…) if you choose to include them in your tour.

I am a solo traveller – do I need to pay a single supplement?

Our prices are tailored towards small groups (up to 8 people), but you may travel with us alone (we also do business tours)

Do I get a discount if I have travelled with you before?

You bet! Regular customers get 15% off!

Do you do group discounts?

The more, the merrier – and cheaper per person. If a tour costs, say, 480 euros, price per person is going to be lower if you have more people (8 people – 60 euros per person)

I am an older traveller – can I join you’re your trips?

Our trips are not physically demanding and can be attended by anyone, even if you are older.

What accommodation is provided for multi day tours?

You can choose between several different options and price ranges – from private apartments to hotel rooms. We always provide you with an option within our regular itinerary (included in the price), but depending on the size of the group and your requirements, you may choose a different type of accommodation.

Can you pick us up at the airport or a train/bus station and drive us to our hotel/apartment?

Sure thing, we do all sorts of transfers – check out the “transfers” section in our main menu!

We have our own car/van and don’t need your transfer services, but we would still like to enjoy your tour – could we knock the price down?

Sure thing! If you wouldn’t like to use our transfer service (or if any of our all inclusive services seem redundant to you) we will adjust the price accordingly.

I have some spare time in between flights, but I need to be back at the airport – can you pick me up, show me around and drop me off in time for my flight?

Absolutely, we will arrange for a shorter trip, according to your schedule.

How much money should I bring, are there any extra expenses I should worry about?

If you choose an all-inclusive tour, then you shouldn’t worry about money, we’ve covered it all. However, you may always run into souvenirs or other  hings you’d like to buy for yourself.

Most places accept credit cards, but it’s not a bad idea to have few kunas (local currency) on hand.

We will be happy to help you find an exchange office.

Will I get some free time whilst on tour?

Of course. Make sure to check our detailed itinerary beforehand, and if you think you would like to have more free time, please let us know. We are very flexible, since there are no outside parties within your group – it’s a private tour, you decide when you would like to rest or sightsee.

What if I’m late? What if I suddenly need to go back home?

No pressure, no rush, it’s a private tour. There is nobody waiting for you, except us, and we are very understanding and flexible.

We know things don’t always go to plan, and we are prepared to do changes on the spot, so that you can feel comfortable and in control.

What should I bring on a tour?

If there are no special requirements in the itinerary itself, you shouldn’t worry about forgetting anything. We cover everything, including photos. You just sit back, relax and enjoy. There are situations where it would be good to bring special clothes (for example, if we are going rafting, you should have some water-proof or appropriate clothes). But even if you don’t have them handy, we will, of course, provide them for you.
